Or, "Let's take a Harry Potter RPG and call it Kristallnacht!!! Wouldn't that be COOL!?!?

And then, when people state that they are upset, and give some perfectly good reasons WHY they are upset, and even offer you a rename token, say things like: "I don't talk to extremists!" and "Gee, I'm sorry it offends you, but I'm a Mormon and some of my best friends are Jews, so that makes it all right!"

I don't see how the people involved in founding the asylum in question could EVER think that this was a good idea.

Never mind that yesterday was Yom ha'Shoah (Holocaust Rememberance Day) and Monday was the centennial of the birthday of Oskar Schindler, we have this little delight with an utterly inappropriate name to cause much eye-rolling.

Because this person is Mormon, I'm tempted to go on there and make a comment involving an idea for a sick HP RPG in which the HP characters are all FLDS Mormons and Snape is forcing Hermione, Ginny and Luna Lovegood to be his brides. But since I don't want to stoop to their level, I won't.

Oh, you're MORMON. So. I'm going to make an RPG called "Liberty Jail" and we're going to play the part of the angry mob that murdered Joseph and Hyrum Smith.

But we won't murder him, we'll make it a torture porn comm. Yeah, and we'll be sure to reference all the children of Emma's that died and pass Joe's wives to all the mob members to do as they will, but we're going to do this to discuss religious persecution.

But I've thought it through, and I'm not trying to be offensive, I'm really, really a good person. Really.

....now can you get it? A bit? Or do I need to make a Haun's Massacre RPG? Which... still, not equal to the persecution Jews have faced. NOT EQUAL.
