I ended up going to FoodFare, where I did NOT get the sirloin tip roast. The butcher was willing to give me lean ground beef for the same price as regular (since they were all out of regular), and I took him up on his offer.

After much grocery shopping, I went to the corner of Corydon Avenue and Lilac Street to wait for a bus to take me up to the Pharma Plus with my heavy shopping bags. That's where I saw the handwritten poster featured in today's Project 365 shot. A tragedy writ small...

At Pharma Plus I was pleased to discover that the pharmacy was willing to fax my newly-completed Pharmacare form, which saves me both a stamp and the delay inherent in mailing it. I also found a bound notebook that I'm going to use for recipes AND Folger's Classic Roast coffee on sale for $4.77 per 1 kg container (I bought three). The package that was waiting for me at the post office turned out to be copies of the HB issue where another colorist subbed for me on the second half of the book. Amazingly, they actually managed to copy my style quite seamlessly.

This was taken while I was waiting for the bus:

Thanks for dropping of the money in my mailbox. :-) It's appreciated, and will come in handy tomorrow if we need change to pay for a courier (which we well might).
