At least this explains the even-denser layer of depression that's been lying on top of me for the last few days.
Tonight I go over to Brian's and play a solo session with my character which might end in that character's death. I have to be there for 9 pm, which is a little late for my tastes but the only time the GM can carve free before Sunday. (On Saturday he'll be hosting the March Full Moon ritual, which I'll also be attending.)
I need to exercise today. For the first time in a few days. The slide down to inactivity is so slippery, and the slope back up is so hard. *sigh*
But no matter how I happen to be feeling, Robot Chicken totally rocks.
