Looks like I am going to bellydancing class after all. In spite of the fear. In spite of the intense desire to crawl into a dark quiet space and just curl up and tremble. (Note to self: they teach us in DBT that often taking opposite-to-emotion action and building positive experiences helps with mood management. I hope they're right.)
Got the laundry done and put away. The place is a mess, but right now I'm not going to let myself worry about that. I did one concrete thing: that's enough to be satisfied with.
Here's hoping my period (I'm on day 22 of my cycle) doesn't start in the middle of the dance class...
