OMFG, it's morning. Again. George is getting up in half an hour so I'm waiting coffee for him (he doesn't like coffee that's more than fifteen minutes old), so I'm also short on caffeine. Bleah.
Here's a link about atheists and anger. Wonderful read, full of pithy points.
And here's one of the saddest petitions I've ever seen.
To: U.S government.
hello my name is mark pugh, and i am a member of the wiccan community, and with the support of all my pagan/ wiccan brethoren, country and world wide, we have desided to form this petition to start wiccan schools in ever state.
as we all agree in our comunity, we think it would be great as pay back of respect for the trials that we have at least 3 government funded wiccan/ pagan schools in every state, where we can freely teach and communicate with other wiccans in our areas, complete with volenteering adult wiccans of the community to teach at the schools, we dont ask that the schools be funded for a long period of time, but untill the the leaders of each of the schools are able to take them into there own hands. we of our religion have found our selves deprived of the opertunities of being able to have schools of such nature of our desire, as we can honeslty say that we have christian schools, catholic schools, and schools for almost every other religion, but no public schools for paganism and wiccanism, in the event of the trials , the effects of that time have continued to effect our religion even in modern times, causing people to still fear to practice there religion in the open, in fear of mobs, harresment, and other things that may be violant, so on behalf of the member and me in the wiccan/ pagan community, would deeply appreciate this petition being taken seriously, thank you.
Once again, it's a case of "Hey, you! Get OUT of my religion!"
And in the video catagory... VOTE REPUBLICAN!
If you've never heard the Jay Thomas "Lone Ranger" story on David Letterman, it's well worth watching, if only for the line "They'll believe ME, citizen!"
*yawn* Off to cruise the Internet for a bit. Then coffee. Then work. Yeah.

I went to this same school and back then the church offerings supported the school. Now since attendance is so poor they are charging tuition.
