I just finished 26 minutes of exercise, plus the push ups and sit ups and weights. Today it was immensely hard. I could barely get any movement going and now I feel completely tapped out.

Time for lunch, and then perhaps that can of Red Bull that's been chilling in the fridge.

EDITED TO ADD: It doesn't help that carpenters are working on an apartment close by, drilling and hammering LOUDLY. It's making Mina crazy and it's not doing my nerves any good either.

*resists the urge to hunt down the people responsible for the noise/vibrations and tie them to chairs just so they'll stay quiet for an hour or two*
