I just had a big slice of lasagna for supper (left over from Thursday night) along with a bowl of tossed green salad. When I went to get the new bottle of ranch dressing that George had picked up I discovered that he had bought an organic brand rather than our usual brand, so I popped open the top and gave it a try.
What a difference real buttermilk makes. And real garlic. And other ingredients presumably more wholesome than what you'd find in your average bottle of salad dressing. It is full-bodied, rich, and delicious, and it was exactly the same price as the brand I usually buy.
Guess who's going organic from now on, at least when it comes to salad dressing?
