Work! Walk! Work!

I'm up a bit later than I'd intended, but since I got so much work done last night I'm not feeling too bad about sleeping in.

At 1 pm eastpath and I will be heading down to the Exchange District to meet with diamond_lies and take part in Winnipeg's International Women's Day rally and march. Hopefully my new boots won't be too stiff to walk comfortably over that long a distance; they haven't had time to "soften up" yet, and I'd hate to drop out of the march for fear of getting a blister. Diabetes + foot blister = bad news.

Coffee's on and it looks like I can fit in a couple of hours of work before I have to get ready to go out. Hey ho, off I go, then.

At least it's warm enough to be snowing nicely, so it shouldn't be to bad cold wise :)
