I just added the "i love jude law" and "kittypix" communities to my visible Friends list. Let's see if that results in way too many posts to my Friends page! (I do want to be able to see the postings of my personal friends fairly easily...)
Well with kittypix especially its just pictures. I just look for the user icon's of my friends if I need to go right to their entries...
If it's too much, then you can just take 'em off *GRINS*

p.s. I also changed my options so that the community icon overrides the user icon for my communities so I can easily see where the posts are coming from, that might help. You should be able to do it in your customizations.
