Suddenly, about fifteen minutes ago, my eyes began to burn, my stomach began to cramp, and I developed a crushing headache. The studio seems far too bright. Working? Impossible.

Please, O Gods, don't let this be the flu...

*crosses fingers that this is just the tail end of the period playing up the dickens*

The flu shot only protects me against the three strains of the flu that were predicted to be the front-runners this flu season. The predictions could be wrong, and an entirely different strain of flu might be hitting me.

Or you could be having a reaction to the sugars in the carrot cake and your body is mad at you as a result.. *hugs*

I hope that's the case. The flu will blow my MM deadline right out of the water.

Usually "sugar hangover" doesn't feel quite like this, though, with the burning eyes and the fleeting aches and pains. :-(

sometimes i get burning eyes and aches just when i get a wicked gross migraine... maybe it's just a kind of migraine... i hope :(
