Thanks! :-) And yes, I've lost a bit of weight. The strange thing is, while I've been losing inches on the waistline and pudginess from the face, my actual weight has hit 170 and is holding steady. According to my doctor, this is because I've been replacing fat with muscle, and muscles weighs MUCH more than fat. So, while the amount of fat lost might be quite a bit, the addition of muscle will balance it out.
We're still trying to figure out where to put the various tables displaced by the addition of the iMac to the studio. But that's a relatively minor headache, and we should get it all sorted out in the next day or two.
It's true... fat does weigh more... which is why I don't bother with a scale :) A number would drive me insane, but if visually I'm ok then that's what matters...

I've been reading this book you should take out from the library, called "The Sugar Solution" by Prevention magazine, it would be really good in helping you manage your blood-sugar :) It's starting to help me already, and it has tonnes of really great recipies to try.. :)
