1) If you could wish for one thing, what would it be?
Tough first question. Hmmm... I think it would be for people who hurt and kill other people in the name of religion (in Ireland, the Middle East, or anywhere else) to realize that doing things like blowing up other people's kids is WRONG... to suddenly be able to see their enemies as human beings just like themselves, who deserve compassion and respect.
2) When you were 25 what was your greatest asperation in life?
I honestly don't remember! (Thinking back to where I was at age 25...) But I suspect it was to become a very successful sci-fi and fantasy artist and make my living doing art. Which, oddly enough, is pretty much what has happened.
3) What is your greatest aspiration now?
Most days, just to survive against the constant grinding pain of depression of varying intensity. But for a life-goal, I want to leave art and thought behind that will inspire people after I am gone.
4) If you could have a "supernatural" power, which one would you want, and why?
Not mind-reading, that's for sure! Probably the ability to look back into the past and see what people were doing in 1500, or even see what dinosaurs REALLY looked like. Now THAT would be cool!
5) Moon or Sun, and why?
Moon. She is the symbol of the Goddess, and a major theme in the movie "A.I.", my favorite movie of all time. Also, her light casts a truly otherworldly aspect on anything it touches and makes us look at those things in a new way.
Thanks, eastpath! You made me think -- which is a GOOD thing!
