Taking a break from art to do my step exercises (bleaaaaaarrrrgggggghhhhhh! *cough*) and have something to eat. I haven't gotten a lot of painting done on Joe, just some background textures, color holds, and production work with the word balloons and captions. In short, it feels like I've accomplished nothing, and I HATE that.
Will fire up the studio altar when I get back, say a quick prayer, and light a candle for strength and creativity.
Perhaps I'll take a "break" and do Hardy Boys flats for a while. Ye Gods... it's a wonderful profession, but sometimes I feel like banging my head against the wall repeatedly under the stress.
On a different note, started (re)reading I, Claudius last night. Wonderful book. Absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.
