Today was not much of an improvement over yesterday. I did see my psychiatrist, who didn't give me any firm answer on much of anything except to agree that yes, increasing my daily period of exercise to 1 hour might have a good effect. He also mentioned a new study that indicates Cesamet might be effective for people with treatment resistant depression, and advised me to do some research on it; so far, I've found all of one sentence online relating to Cesamet in this context.
After I got home I crawled into bed for three hours but couldn't sleep. So here I am, awake and wandering through various chat rooms looking for something to distract me.
