Today was not much of an improvement over yesterday. I did see my psychiatrist, who didn't give me any firm answer on much of anything except to agree that yes, increasing my daily period of exercise to 1 hour might have a good effect. He also mentioned a new study that indicates Cesamet might be effective for people with treatment resistant depression, and advised me to do some research on it; so far, I've found all of one sentence online relating to Cesamet in this context.

After I got home I crawled into bed for three hours but couldn't sleep. So here I am, awake and wandering through various chat rooms looking for something to distract me.

God, this sucks.

The book I've been reading indicates an interesting link between depression and diabeties and vice versa... and that if you manage yourself properly you could probably reverse the diabeties.. and help alleviate the depression somewhat *HUGS*

Hmmm...increasing your daily period of exercise to 1 hour might help? The Charlene Prickett Low Impact Aerobics workouts I lent you are only about 1/2 an hour long each. I suppose you could do 2 of them bact-to-back, but since each workout has a warm up at the beginning and a cool down at the end, that might not work if you're supposed to sustain a high heart rate for longer than 1/2 an hour at a time. If you like Charlene's style, though, you might want to check out her web site at www.charleneprickett.com. She has many other workout videos available, including High Impact Aerobics, Step Aerobics and Strength Training. Many of them are 1 hour long, and quite a few of them are also now available in DVD.

I guess the vitamin D tablets I gave you haven't started helping yet. I'll have to ask my family how soon they noticed the change in my overall mood.

In the meantime, *hugz*.

**Beats the depression bug off with a very large +6 damage hammer and low grade military weaponry**

I hope the Cesamet does some good if you and yer doc go that way! **dances and prays**. By the sounds of it, it's much like what Risperdal is for Schizophrenics.

**hugs** Still luv'n ya as a sister :-) and If you still need help with flats, gimmie a holler.
