George has gone off to Selkirk to spend the day with his family. I'm too depressed to handle that many people, so I'll be on the couch watching Matrix videos if anybody wants me.

ETA: Just took a Seroquel. Hopefully it will break the cycle of dark thoughts before they start going any deeper. In any case it'll probably knock me into solid sleep for the rest of the night. Man, what a way to start 2007...
