Feeling much less flu-ish today, and am off to a Circle of Artemis Yule ritual tonight (a last-minute decision... we'll see how well my body handles incense smoke, chanting, and energy work). I've taken painkillers and an antihistamine as precautions, and am packing some NeoCitran just in case. My jobs will be casting the circle and calling the eastern quarter, as well as supplying God and Goddess candles and the Deities statue for the rite.
Didn't get up until 3: 30 pm, but evidently the rest did my body a lot of good. More good news: I called FoodFare back today, and they'll reimburse me the lost $60 if I bring in the cashback receipt, which fortunately I kept. YES! *dances, but not too hard* Tomorrow George and I have to go out and get my mother's Christmas present, and that money will come in mighty handy; as well as picking up the present, we'll be stopping at Perkins for breakfast and buying a Christmas ham for Christmas Day at George's family's get-together.
Here's hoping tonight's activities don't drain me completely or lead to more flu complications. And HAPPY YULE, everyone!!!
