eastpath this afternoon for the final time before she leaves for Vancouver tomorrow. It was hard to give that final hug, but I know she's going to a great place with a great guy and I'm sure that she has a wonderful adventure ahead of her.
Still... it hurts to lose those close to you, even as you wish them all the best. Thanks for that last free pack of Chai tea, Eastpath ^_^ -- and the 600 sheets of looseleaf! I'm starting a new Book of Shadows for my work in the Black Ring line, and was just thinking "hmm, I threw out all our looseleaf when we moved... time to buy some!" (It is also very cool that these sheets of looseleaf have a history behind them... if you'd like to elaborate, EP, please do.)
Changes are coming. The effects of my initiation are starting to resonate in my inner life; I feel, more than ever, a strong call to priestesshood, and to devoting my energies toward that goal. What effects this will have in my outward life are still to be seen, but I suspect that, like a snail, I may need to pull in my horns and start priorizing how I allot my personal energies. I've already been doing this to a certain extent. This has just accellerated that process.
