George must be feeling better physically, because he had us both up and out quite early in search of coffee/breakfast/bread... we ended up going to Subway, where the coffee proved quite bitter but the breakfast sandwich was delicious. Afterwards I bought a vanilla soy latte from Starbucks (which is right next door to the Subway) and we made our way back home, armed with a FedEx package of pencilled pages from DC Comics which we'd picked up from Pack & Post, and which had been our original reason for leaving the house in the first place.

Just finished sending off an email to Jim, my editor at Papercutz, letting him know that I'm making good progress on Hardy Boys and expect to have the issue finished by next Wednesday. It crossed paths in cyberspace with an email from him stating that "a bunch of pages that were supposed to be up on FTP weeks ago but weren't are there now, and can you get the issue finished by Friday?" *snerk* I'm sorry to say that while I've saved their asses on the deadline twice before, it's not going to happen this time around. I'll do my best, but I'm not going to kill myself.

However, I am seriously considering cancelling my psychiatric appointments (psychiatrist and nurse) on Friday and rescheduling them to allow me a bit more wiggle room. I'm committed to the Wednesday DBT sessions, and this coming Thursday we have a lunch date with someone we see only once a year; that, plus the Full Moon ritual on Saturday and the attendant clean-up, will eat a sizable chunk of time out of my schedule as it is.
