Got out to the grocery store and picked up bread and bagels (yummy with herb & garlic cream cheese spread), as well as a few frozen-dinner type thingies to keep me going during what's going to be a working weekend.
All the Hardy Boys pages for GN4 but one are now up, PLUS a new cover for the second graphic novel that they want me to color (they're reissuing it, and the original cover did not show the characters that actually appear in the volume). The six-page preview for GN5 also has not yet hit the FTP site; Jim says he's on it. (He actually phoned me this morning -- minor panic when I picked up the message this afternoon, I HATE hearing from editors personally, it always makes me wonder what's wrong ;-)). The cover has to be done by Monday, which shouldn't be too much of a problem, but... arggghhh. Sometimes this profession just revs my engine the wrong way.
Trying to do 10 lb weight lifting as I'm at the computer, to get some physical exercise. It's not much, but better than nothing, which is what I'd much rather be doing at the moment. *sigh*
Well, at least it's Friday night, and the R-rated Steamy Windshields themed movie package is running on Drive-In Classics. God, I love that channel.
