I hate the constant cycles of pain. Today it's so bad I can barely work. All I want to do is curl up on the couch with a warm blanket and a hot cup of tea and lose my aching mind in a book.

For all the wrongs I have ever done, I ask forgiveness. Please, let me do better in whatever future remains to me.

ETA: I actually got a page of Star Wars flats done. Pizza has been ordered. Soon, I will be on the couch with a Coke and a slice, which right now is about as close to heaven as I can imagine...

Here you are: hugs, hugs and more hugs, not to mention prayers, good thoughts, good energy, fluffy kittens and whatever else I can do from my end.

No one is perfect, certainly, but I sincerely doubt that you have ever done anything so wrong as to "deserve" what you're going through. As I understand clinical depression, it's bad chemistry.

Speaking of too-cute-to-not-squee-at cats.. there's a litter of teeeeenie tiny kittens at Pet Traders on Portage near Polo Park. All black, with a few that have white spots here and there. They are the most gosh darn Squee attackish puff balls I've seen in ages. It's hard not wanting to pick them up and squish them into rugs you can roll up and tuck into a sleeve. It's certainly a cuteness overload situation at Pet Traders!
