Walked 8 blocks today, AND did about 80 reps on each arm with the 5.5 pound plastic bottle of vinegar. Whether as a result of this or not, my pre-meal blood sugar was 6.3. Dinner was one of the lovely roast lemon chicken dinners that a local restaurant called Nikos makes, which includes three pieces of melt-in-your-mouth chicken, a medium roast potato, and a Greek salad -- about 45 grams of carbs, tops. After-dinner blood sugar: 9.2. Woot!!!
Heh. The boring little details that make up a life, eh?
Engaged in some Yahoo! chat for about an hour this evening -- I desperately needed a break from Hardy Boys. The Religion rooms are still as crazy as I remember, and include the usual suspects, including a couple of Christians who have no fucking idea what science even IS yet presume to attack the theory of evolution, usually ALL IN CAPS. *sigh, facepalm* They were jumped by pretty much everyone else, including Christians far better educated and much more civil.
Got the last Hardy Boys page today, finally. With a bit of luck, I'll get this puppy put to bed by Saturday evening.

Hey, it's kinda like Samuel Pepys's diary, only much more interesting (I've been reading that via a feed to LJ from another site: cool stuff, if a little dry at times).
