I finished painting a couple of Hardy Boys pages, got sleepy, laid down on the couch for a short nap, and ended up conking out for two hours. Energy levels are very low; I didn't even go out walking today, though I've been doing some "resistance training" (repeatedly lifting a 2.5 litre bottle of vinegar while sitting at the desk waiting for the computer to process files). My period is on its way, no doubt about it.

The LJ comments page display problem ended up getting resolved.

I celebrated by passing on the info to another Mac user running MSIE 5.0. Hopefully it helps!

I like that resistance training method! It really works, too: take it from someone whose arms have gotten a lot more muscle on them since she's been bagging groceries for over a year now...

Well, :-), what I'm doing isn't REAL resistance training -- it's not supervised or carefully calculated -- but that bottle of vinegar weighs about 5 1/2 pounds, so it's a pretty good start for someone like me. I'm doing 20 reps on each arm each time I have to upload files to the NBM's FTP site, which adds up to between 60-80 reps on each arm per day. Again, not a bad start.

Hm... that almost makes me want to keep count of how many bags I lift in a shift...
