A full moon ritual, this time in June. I discovered The Old Farmer's Almanac site, which gives me accurate Winnipeg moonrise/moonset times and dates for the full moon. This will be of great help in the future.
On a different note, I should catch up on some good stuff that's happened recently.
1) Last Saturday, I picked up some beads to make a set of four "circle" charms. Each includes beads in each of the four elemental colors, plus a pearl for the Goddess and a goldstone bead for the God. The intent is to create a "collapsable" circle charged into the charm, which can be carried easily and used while travelling, etc. Unfortunately, the hoops I bought for them are a little too high-gauge to take the pearl and goldstone beads (the holes are too small). Fortunately, the hoops cost me a total of $1.70, so I'll just go back and get something more suitable.
2) Dinner with Terri and Roger at our place last Sunday night, followed by a rousing few games of rummy. Roger was surprised to discover that he actually likes playing cards. ^_^
3) Shopping today with Robin. I bought a wrap-around skirt tie-died in bright colors (appropriate for a colorist, and I've been looking for a new one for SO long), a set of very melodious wind-chimes, some aromatherapy bath salts in cedar scent from WF Aromatherapy, and (gasp! amazement!) some dragons-blood resin incense from Radiance. They have one container left, so if anyone in Winnipeg is looking for some, I advise you to get down there in the near future or it'll probably be gone.
So, I'm starting to feel better. I don't entirely trust that feeling to last, but I'm trying to enjoy it while I can.
