... and wow, there's not that much of it. Still, it's REALLY concentrated, and should be delicious when it has a veggies and noodles added to it. Plus we got a whole bunch of tender boiled chicken meat off the bones. Yummy!

Going back to edit the recipe in my last post. Note to self: 2 tablespoons of thyme is WAY too much thyme for one pot of chicken stock. The stuff that was left in the strainer -- carrots, celery, onion, peppercorns, and various spices, plus miscellaneous chicken bones, skin, and fat -- smells far too good to throw away, but I honestly can't think of another use for it.

And now, off to lay flats on Human Race. Like I don't have enough on my plate with Girl Genius? :-P

The soup sounds excellent, Crow-Joe! If you like a slightly more mennonite taste, add a bit of Summer Savory. It' adds punch without being spicy. It's wonderful when fresh!
