How can I be so functional in some ways, and so utterly miserable in others?

The increased dosage of Remeron doesn't appear to be working as hoped.

The whole world feels like a suit of clothes that I've got on wrong -- or backwards.

Off to paint Star Wars flats, feeling alternately numb and on fire with irritation. I don't know which is worse.
