Birthday wishes and dragons

Many thanks to everyone who sent birthday wishes yesterday. :-) They helped my mood considerably. I'm still feeling low, and I have a lot of work to do today, but perhaps I'll feel better as the day progresses.

Dragon time! Let's see if we can make my silver boy grow up today.

I picked up an extra red dino egg, which I'm hoping to trade.

EDITED TO ADD: I just arranged a trade of the dino for a silver via dragonbrood. YES! We'll be doing the drops and pick-ups later this evening. I just hope they go off without a hitch... *is now nervous*

And the silver I'll be trading for? It hatched yesterday -- on my birthday. :-D

Eee!! Lucky, lucky! Hope the new silver turns out to be female. With a breeding pair, you'll be able to haggle for almost anything you want! (And if I happen to see a silver hatchling in the adandonned pile this evening, I promise to resist tempation. ;) )

Bah, never mind. I just learned that rares can't breed with other rares (silvers and golds). But Silver females have their own sprites, so I still hope you get one.
