My red cell and white cell counts are fine.
So, what are the options now?
-- PMS from Hell
-- kidney or liver function problems
-- a new permutation of that old problem, treatment-resistant depression
-- my medication load needs adjustment (less antidepressants and/or more stimulants)
-- my diabetes has suddenly taken a severe turn for the worse
And of course the big one:
-- cancer
Great. Now I'm sweating bullets. I see the doctor tomorrow, and we'll discuss the next step to take.
*is very unhappy and scared*

Hope everything works out ok. I'll be thinking of you.
Of course, I'm not a health care professional, but typically with cancer red and white blood cell counts would be wonky, or something would show up in the blood to raise red flags. If the counts were all fine, it's unlikely.
Hoping for a best case scenario for you.
