I'd go for the Isis statue, myself.

Depends on your draw to Isis... i know you have cat statuary, if you don't have isis and need her then yes it is beautiful. the bastet is amazing as well... go with what you need more :) *hugs*

hello,
hum i apologize beforehand, since what i'm about to ask has nothing to do with the subject of your entry ^^; I'm a big matri fan and a recent neo/smith shipper. I would love to read your fanfic Degrees of separation, but the link on your journal doesn't work anymore... could you take care of that problem? so far, i've only been able to read the snippets i found on a neo/smith community, and i'm practically drooling in anticipation. X3
thanks by advance,
Syl

as for the statues, i have to agree with the other comments. I like the Isis one much better. ^__^

Hello, hello :-) Sorry to take so long getting back to you, I've been running to a murderous art deadline.

The answer to "Where is Degrees of Separation?" is a bit... complicated. It started out as a short story concept, which I wrote pieces of before it became a roleplaying universe, mugged me in the form of several players, and carried me away without too much of a struggle.

You'll find bits of it here:

And in particular, you might find this post interesting:

DegSep exists as many, many, MANY chat logs, and several pieces of prose hidden away in my files. If you're really interested, I'd be happy to dig some of them out for you. But sometime after December 18th. Prior to that, I'll be painting a comic book and won't be doing much of anything else, including sleeping and eating.

I would say Isis because I'm cheap ;)
But, artistic-wise, let your conscious be your guide. Just don't be bullied into overtipping it.

Go with the second one.
BTW, I recently read some of the Hardy Boys graphic novels you colored. Great stuff. Did you do the one that has the slashy ending with them at the pool? I laughed when I saw that.

late to the party, but I like Isis. Something abut Bast's face just doesn't seem quite right. It's not because it's stylized, but how it's stylized.

Ugh... I can't decide. Personally I'd go with Isis, just because I'm drawn towards her. The other side is since you regularly worship Bast, I'd say go with that.

Cripes. I hate thinking. **Flips a bird toy**

Go with Bastet. ^.^
