[livejournal.com profile] chimera452 called me up and offered to take me out to the movies tonight, an offer that I really appreciate: I desperately need to get out of the house. We're going to see The Devil Wears Prada at 7:15, maybe do a bit of tea afterwards.

I haven't exercised in the last two days, but hope to do so before I head out tonight.

Went out for lunch with George and got some groceries today. Exciting times. I still feel exhausted mentally and emotionally, but the dreadful black grip of the depression seems to be easing up a bit. Reduced Cytomel dosage? We'll have to see.

*cuddles* I'm glad to hear you're doing a bit better. I hope you enjoy the movie!

at least you are getting out of the house and doing things, or forcing yourself to, which is very positive. During my bouts with depression i don't think i spoke to another soul save my partner, mom, and co workers etc for ages, and would spend days rotting in bed. Not a good plan.
Let us know how the movie is, it looked cute from the ads.

ps. I also find it admirable and had to say that it's awesome and very positive that you seem to have a good circle of friends as support...i tended to alienate people when depressed and my social circle is almost nonexistant now save for people i met through my partner and work etc. You are doing very well, whether or not you are aware, keep plugging through our thoughts are with you!
