I did three hard things today: a) had a shower, b) got out of the house to do some necessary shopping, and c) exercised. Maybe four, if you count d) working on Marvel Masterworks.
Yes, I'm back to being so depressed that even the thought of showering makes me cringe. *sigh* But I did it, and went out with George to have lunch at Bread and Circuses, a local bakery/cafe (today's Prairie Asparagus soup was excellent), before picking up four big bags of groceries at the Food Fare. And then, miracle of miracles, I did step exercise for 30 minutes, for the first time in two days.
morgaine_inanna has reminded me that Winnipeg's annual Gay Pride march is coming up on June 11th. Since there's a great "Pagan Pride" banner floating around somewhere, I'd like to get as many people as possible together and march en masse.

Yeah, I know... in the midst of worry and despair, I still have enough energy, enough of an impulse to health, to think ahead. And I suppose that's something to be thankful for, after all.
