Up late, but have had some breakfast and a cup of coffee with two level teaspoons of REAL sugar in (such a treat). Now on to The Eternals. I hope to get 20 pages done today, which will leave me in good shape for the Friday deadline.
For lunch, I think I'll try cooking up some pearl barley (44g of carbs per cup, and it has a low Glycemic Load rating). I've never tried it before, so it should be an adventure!
