In other news... Easter dinner at the in-laws today, where I ate FAR too much holobchi, mashed potatoes, and Swedish meatballs, plus a slice and a half of raisin pie. Amazingly, four hours later (and two hours after that last slice of pie) my blood sugar was at 9.1 -- perhaps the fact that George and I got off the bus early and walked several blocks to get home had something to do with that. We ate dinner in the back yard, where it was a gloriously warm and sunny day. *sigh* Just beautiful.
Not sure what I'm going to do with the rest of tonight, but it's probably something lazy. Tomorrow I have to get back to serious work on The Eternals.
