1) I did quite a bit on Joe in the Future today. This will really help get the job back on schedule.

2) Chose to do half of my regular step exercise and then explore another section of the Kathy Smith video: the upper body section, which included push-ups and other exercises to strengthen and shape. Also looked at the lower body section, which I want to try part of tomorrow.

3) The Rocky Horror Picture Show in on Drive-In Classics. *grin* I'd forgotten what wonderful cheese it is.

4) DegSep is going well, and the AI RP will be restarting next weekend. I'm proud of them both.

Off to bed soon, I think. We have a company coming by tomorrow to pick up some dead monitors and a couple of boxes of computer parts, so I'll have to be up fairly early.

And crawling on the planet's face
Some insects, called the human race:
Lost in time, and lost in space
And meaning.

Do you still have that extra Kathy Smith video to find a home for? I've been thinking about it since you mentioned it the other day. I'm enjoying classes at the community club but I wouldn't mind working out a little more often. Sounds like this is a really good video.

Someone is picking up your dead monitors? Do they repair or recycle computer equipment? I have a half-dead printer to get rid of. It's not worth my effort to fix (in-laws just gave us a perfectly good second-hand one, to boot) but I hate the thought of just throwing it out. It was a decent wee printer.

Yep, I still have the extra Kathy Smith video, and I very highly recommend it. You can find reviews here (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1573309850/104-6025206-2524717?v=glance). It allows for progression over the course of many months and is not hard to follow. I think Fitness Depot carries step equipment (you'd need to pick up a step unit, and some 1-3 pound weights if you want to do the upper body sculpting sections of the DVD).

And yes, Syrotech picks up dead monitors and computer equipment in general. They charged us $20 to pick up 3 monitors and 2 boxes of miscellaneous computer parts, and apparently they find good use for them. :-)

Thanks for the tip about Syrotech.

I'll gladly take the video off your hands. Drop me an email to let me know how much and I'll make arrangements to pick it up.
