Coffee's on, the cats have been fed, and I'm expecting a medication delivery from my pharmacy later today. I was able to get three prescriptions refilled just ahead of the Pharmacare cutoff date, which means it will be a while before I have to pay for medication. At the moment all's right with the world.

I'm about to put on some citrus pork steaks from M&M Meat Shops. All of their products, at least the ones we've had so far, are SERIOUS love. This will be our first time trying their pork products so we'll see how it turns out when they're served with kernel corn and perogies.

Neanderthals may have had fair skin and red hair. Oh, they're getting closer to unravelling the Neanderthal genome.
"My Little Pony" meets Skankytown.
I exercised at 5 pm and it's amazing how quickly my body has gotten back into the habit of wanting exercise and looking forward to it. Also, my blood sugar levels are slowly but steadily coming down. It's all good.
I've only done three pages of MM, though. Woes. *sigh*
