Oh, joy. It's Uturus Day again. Now I have belly cramps as well as a backache.

(I'm sorry I've been whining so much these last several days. Being in constant pain is something I am not used to and could definitely do without.)

In about an hour I'll brave the -37 degrees Celcius windchill and head down to Safeway to pick up stuff for the Full Moon inner court get-together tonight. But first there's time for some coffee, some vanilla yogurt, and an All Bran oat bar. The Breakfast of Champions, as they say.

I've got to keep in mind that things could be a lot worse.

EDITED TO ADD: Just got back from Safeway. It wasn't quite as cold out as I'd feared, but I ended up taking a cab home anyway -- my back wouldn't put up with hauling all the groceries to the bus stop and thence homeward.

My Safeway Club Card savings pretty much covered the cab fare. Yay.
