Yesterday Winnipeg held its annual Gay Pride Parade, with close to a thousand people turning up to march. It was a great time, and I was able to take some pictures.

cockatiel_art went to Carlos & Murphy's, a Mexican restaurant in Osborne Village, where we chowed down on excellent food and relaxed our tired feet. All in all, quite a successful day. I even got designated as a Parade Marshall, along with Andrea, since each group walking with a banner had to have at least one. The badge I got as a result is a souvenir I'll treasure for a long time to come.
