Awake all night. The depression is a tiger pacing around inside my head, circling and circling.

It's 5:11 am. The Seroquel I took earlier tonight didn't make me sleepy, so I'll try some more tranquillizers.

George and I were supposed to go out to the movies later today -- or, Corey had plans for movies at his place -- or, Jeff's AD&D game. I don't know if I'll be able to do any of it.

Talked with eastpath on AIM earlier. Told her how I'm feeling. That helped a little.

Best laugh I've had in a few days...

In other news -- went to bed at 6 am, slept until 5 pm, and would have slept a lot longer if I didn't have to respond to an answering machine message. Started to make new arrangements for the Full Moon on Tuesday since Kathy isn't ready for a wiccaning yet, but George requested that he have that night for us to go out for dinner to celebrate my birthday. Nrrggghhhh... will try to make Full Moon arrangements for Wednesday or Thursday instead.

Still depressed, but it seems to be lifting a very little.

Losing

Up at 5 pm; had a much-needed shower (hadn't bathed in 3 days) then killed a few hours in Yahoo! chat before killing more time watching movies. Aladdin and Akira. An anime kind of night.

The Full Moon ritual this month is pretty much wiped out. Dammit... I had such a good track record on it, too. It's not my fault that it got messed up, but still, I'm pissed in general.

DBT skills... see above. What good are tools and weapons when you've lost the basic will to fight? I don't want to get better. I just want to stop feeling like this.
