Pathetic...

I'm trying to work up the courage to leave the apartment, go downstairs, and do the laundry.

How pathetic is that? Such a simple thing, and the thought of it is almost unbearable.

One step at a time. Collect the clothes... measure out the detergent... gather the change... and then open the door and do it.

Ooooh, I know this feeling all to well! **hugs**

It's a wonder how something so simple can feel so complicated, eh? For me it's showering... strip clothes, turn shower on, wash, get out. So simple, but it feels like climbing the staircase of a 16 floor apartment building.

Amen sister... there are days when I can't take a shower because it's too overwhelming to my senses, apart from the actual effort required to strip, turn water on, wash, and dry. >.<
