On the way to DBT, stopped at the Salvation Army store and picked up a turquoise tank top, a polyester ladies dress shirt in a lovely pattern, and a little brass bowl which will be suitable for holding water or raw incense on my altar.
Met with my psych nurse just before the DBT session. As always, found this draining and emotionally taxing.
On the way back from DBT, picked up bread, pads, and WAY cheap Campbell's vegetable and chicken noodle soup from the Pharmaplus.
Still have to find a skirt and some soft-soled slippers for the bellydancing class. Perhaps I'll do that tomorrow. Or Saturday afternoon, on my way home from volunteering at the Winnipeg Humane Society's Tag Day headquarters.
Note to self: also pick up a sports bra.
Further note to self: Ask at the WHS and see if they're accepting donations toward animal rescue in New Orleans.
