So -- took a Seroquel, and with George's help and encouragement got out of the house. We walked four blocks to the pharmacy, stopping along the way to pick up some groceries and Food Fare, and after getting my medication we stopped at Chicken Delight and picked up some take-out chicken for supper. Then, four blocks back.

I still feel bad, but not AS bad. The exercise probably helped.

I think I'll kill a bit of time in Yahoo Religion chat, then maybe go to bed and try to get some sleep, with an eye toward getting up relatively early tomorrow and getting in a full day's work before the Witches Meetup get-together tomorrow night at the Second Cup.

No work done today, though. Bleh.

::Snuggles:: Glad to hear you're doing better, dear sister. I'm doing a lot better m'self: Maybe that thing in the air has cleared up...

And if it was a certain Smith Slut and her coterie of Smith Sluts stirring up trouble in the aether for us, I've got some Holy Hand Grenades with their names on them...

Oh, that's already been taken care of. One of the workings in Saturday's ceremony was a cord spell to protect myself and deflect any magic thrown my way, with them in mind. If they DID try something, they're going to get an extremely unpleasant surprise fired back at them with an accrued interest of 300%.

That, and one of my patron Deities, the Morrigan, does NOT look kindly on such actions directed against one of Her associates. She'll chew them up and spit them out like so much rotten bologna...

::Grins:: I guess we're well-covered on all fronts, then!

You sound like you're feeling a little better, at least, which is a very good thing. :-)

We don't have Chicken Delight in this neck of the woods, but I remember them from Florida and back east. Yummy-good! What we have here is KFC, pretty much. There are a couple of Popeye's and maybe one Church's (the one I prefer), but that's it. Sometimes, a buffet place will have outstanding fried chicken, but it's a bit more sporadic.

And yes, they say walking is good for you. I'd walk more, perhaps, did it not get to be in the mid-to-high-nineties our this way. (See, I'm supposed to avoid extremes of temperature, but especially heat. *sigh*)

May you continue to feel better (I'd settle for you just holding your own, though.)

::hugs::
