Oh God, I can so *totally* empathize with that and I'm not even a web designer! I swear to God, there are people (read "customers") who are so meddlesome that their nearest and dearest could be in Massachusetts General Hospital, undergoing delicate brain surgery to remove a tumor in a tight area, with the country's top surgeon performing the procedure, and they'd find a way to barge into the operating room and tell the surgeon how deep and wide to make the incision, etc.
