I already have dilated cardiomyopathy, and I've had CHF, which is why the oncologist insists on doing a MUGA (a kind of cardiac test) every so often.
A lot of chemo drugs (not just Herceptin) can do bad things to one's heart, it seems. We choose between Scylla and Charybdis. Who wants to live forever? ;-)
