SNOW!!!

Oh, I just about forgot the major event of the day... we got several inches of snow here in lovely Winnipeg, Manitoba.

All those bushes that had started to put out buds that were just starting to open... they were covered in a couple of feet of wet, clingy snowfall.

And on Sunday, my mother and I were having lunch on an outdoor patio with the temperatures in the high 70's/low 80's... if you don't like the weather in Manitoba, just wait a minute -- it will change.

Yep, this weather has me convinced that it's a sign that i am right in my convictions to wish to move to California. Now if i can just convince Darren...:)
I think all we need is four horseman to go riding through Winnipeg, and we have weather of biblical proportions. Tally-ho!

I'd love it if it snowed here in Massachusetts right about now! We've had 80 degree weather the past couple days and it's a little too soon for that, especially since we had a frigid winter when the temp was colder even than Alaska was!

Come to think of it, two years ago right about this time, an inch or two of snow fell here...
