I made it through the night. It wasn't much fun, but I didn't hurt myself. Thank the Gods for modern tranquillizers and antipsychotics! The combination of Diazepam and Seroquel served me well.
About to start exercising for the first time in two weeks. Tonight's the the first session of that henna painting course I signed up for, so I hope I'm feeling a bit better by then.
