The Good News: I got a call from the Grace Hospital today with the results of my Sestamibi test -- all perfectly normal. My heart is functioning properly.

The Bad News: My dentist found that my left lower wisdom tooth is in shattered pieces, and thinks that the nerve in my upper left jaw is infected. So I now have an antibiotic to take as well as more T3s, and an appointment with an oral surgeon to have the wisdom tooth removed in my near future.

The Good News: The dentist visit only cost $54.

The Bad News: The wisdom tooth extraction is going to cost somewhere around $200.

The Good News: My Sestamibi test came back normal. Yes, so great that I had to say it twice.

The Bad News: I have to get a full teeth cleaning before I can have the oral surgery, to the tune of about $50.

The Good News: My jaw isn't hurting too badly today, so maybe I can get away without the T3s, which are doing nasty things to my GI tract.

The Bad News: The negative Sestamibi test doesn't mean I'm out of the woods yet. The cardiologist might decide to order an angiogram. *shudder*
