Today I was supposed to get up at 9 am and be working by 10 am. I got up at 9 am all right, but because I had a headache and a slightly sick stomach I took an Ibuprofin and went back to bed.
I didn't actually get up until 6 pm. Bleh. I've been trying to work, but it's been an uphill battle every minute.
For supper, I ordered a pizza from Pizza Place. The order ended up getting totally screwed up: first, they brought me a regular Pepsi instead of a Diet Pepsi (although the driver did take it back and got me a Diet Pepsi from Safeway), and second, they gave me a salami and green pepper pizza instead of the pepperoni/mushroom/green pepper pizza I'd ordered (a mistake that I didn't immediately notice). When I phoned the store to complain they offered me 25% off my next order, which I took. *sigh* Apparently someone at the store had screwed up three orders all at the same time, including my own.
George will be getting up in about an hour, at which point I'll be surrendering the computer to him. I've only gotten one page of MM done so far today.
Sucks to be me.
