Mine have been horrid. I regularly get 16's and 17's with my higest in the past few days being almost 22! **Screams in panic!** The only real symptoms I get when my sugars are that high is the overwhelming urge to piddle after every drink. And I get thirsty. Heh. Spend 7 bux on diet pop yesterday. Go figure....
PS: Lentils, although excellent for protein, are HELL on blood sugars! So are pork and beans!
