Livejournal down?

Livejournal appears to be totally down. No pages are loading; I'm not even getting an error message. They just... keep failing to load. And my latest attempt to crosspost an entry resulted in:

Failed to crosspost entry to crowdog66@LiveJournal: Failed to connect to http://www.livejournal.com/interface/xmlrpc.

I wonder what they're up to?

I doubt it's anything good.

Unless they're rolling back the FB/T nonsense, in which case they're actually doing something reasonable for a change.

Haha, yeah. I kind of doubt it by the sound of their FB page, though. Unless they were making a much-needed total opt-out option.
