My mother is gone

She's gone. George was with her, and she passed away between one breath and the next.

I'm on my way to the hospital now.

It was as simple as that.

Laurie, I am so sorry for your loss.
However, I am glad that George was with her, and that she passed peacefully.
I have to share this with you. As you can see, this post is made at 420 pm CST.
Sometime during the night, I half awoke and **knew** your mom was passing, or would pass this very night. I knew to the depths of my soul. I then felt an overwhelming peace come upon me, and felt her passing as peaceful.

I got up at after four this morning and **had** to check this blog to see the news, to see if your mom had crossed over. I am glad it was peaceful, and her suffering was not prolonged.

Laurie, we are here for you now on your journey of grief, loss, and love. Again, PLEASE feel free to call me. anytime.

Thank you. You've already been a tremendous help in this process, and I may yet call upon you again for aid. Hopefully Dayna has gotten in touch with you re: the handfasting -- thank you so much for being willing to step up to the plate on that so I don't have to worry about it.
